CleanSttream ECHO-CONSCIOUS DESIGN FOR RESPONSIBLE ANGLERS CleanStream™ is a design philosophy that runs through our line of footwear. It doesn't refer to any specific product or feature. Rather, it describes a combination of features we employ to assist anglers in doing their part to prevent the spread of invasive species. Products with our CleanStream™ design feature materials that are more resistant to "hitchhiking" organisms. In addition, products with CleanStream™ have less exposed stitching and fewer ridges and pockets that could potentially hide stowaways. INSPECT, CLEAN & DRY CleanStream™ designs help make it easier for anglers to prevent the spread of invasive species. To that end, we highly encourage anglers to take the following precautions after a day on the water: Before leaving, inspect all equipment and remove any mud or vegetation Clean your equipment with water Dry all equipment before transporting it to another location Make sure not to transfer any plants, fish or other animals from one body of water to another. QuadraLam™ Fabric Technology QuadraLam™ fabric technology from Toray® was developed specifically for fishing waders featuring a heavy-duty engineered fabric with a micro porous waterproof coating that utilizes 2-layer coated fabric, a single membrane layer and a 3-layer tricot. The Best Warranty in the Wader Business There are two kinds of waders...those that leak and those that will leak. At Simms®, we stand behind every product we make, and we believe that we offer the best wader warranty in the business. When Simms® waders do fail, we view every case as an opportunity to exceed your customers' expectations. First 30 Days - No Questions Asked If one of our waders leaks within 30 days of purchase, you can replace it over-the counter with a new Simms® wader. We only ask that you get a copy of the original sales receipt. Please get a Return Authorization for the returned wader. When we receive it, we will process an immediate replacement or credit on your account. First 12 Months After 30 days, if your customer develops a leak in any Simms® waders for whatever reason, the first repair is on us. Please get a Return Authorization number via the Simms® Online Repair Center and return the waders to us with proof of original purchase. After 12 Months - Life of the Wader We will stand behind our waders for the useful life of the product, which varies by use and style of wader. Professional Guides, who may wear a wader for over 200 days in a year, will wear out their waders faster than the average customer who might only fish 20 days per year. Also, your customer should expect to get more wear from our G4Z™ or G4™ Pro Waders than our Freestone® Wader. All waders that are returned for repair are thoroughly evaluated by our Repair Center professionals. The wear and tear of the wader is evaluated to determine whether we will do the repair for no charge, or if not, a repair charge will be communicated via the Simms® Online Repair Center. |
