Float 'N Fish provides competitively priced 1/2 and Full Day guided trips on the Quality Water of the San Juan River. Trip pricing includes Flies, leaders, tippet and lunch on the river for full day trips.  You can select from a Float Trip, a Wade Trip or a combination Float/Wade trip. Quality Water Float Trips begin at Texas Hole and fish down the river to a little past the end of the Quality Water across from Cottonwood Campground. On this trip, you will be able to fish Texas Hole, the Lower Flats, Frustration Point, Death Row, Cannon Run, Muskrat Row, Caddis Corner and Last Chance Riffle. This section of the river has a very large population of Rainbows along with Browns. If you want to extend the float through the Lower River (the regular regulations section) through the town of Navajo Dam, Float 'N Fish can accommodate you. This section includes Pumphouse, the Big Y, Doc Rose's Hole, Aztec Bridge and Brown's Corner. For Full Day Trips Guides will provide lunch for your trip. If you need Rods/Reels or Waders/Wading Boots, Float 'N Fish can provide them. 
Meal Preferences or Requirements (optional) - streamside lunches are provided for Full Day Trips. If you have special meal requirements or preferences let Float 'N Fish know when you schedule your trip. 
The San Juan is a 4 season fishery, so trips can be scheduled throughout the year. 
Seasonal Fishing Information
Spring - during the Spring morning temperatures can be cool, with many days starting out below freezing.  Afternoons generally warm considerably, although access to warm clothing is always a good idea.  There are some days with strong breezes during the spring.
Summer - temps are comfortably cool in the morning but warm considerably.  Afternoons may approach or sometimes exceed 90º F, but generally have moderate breezes.  During the summer short but intense thunderstorms come through the area.  Sometimes these storms bring lightning and you will need light rain gear and be ready to take precautions from lightning.
Fall - temps are comfortable with cool mornings and warm afternoons.  Light breezes are common.  Make sure that you bring the proper seasonal layering clothing.   
Winter - days are cool in the morning, generally below freezing, but usually warm to above freezing during the day.  When properly equipped with quality layered clothing, hats and optionally gloves, you can be comfortable on the river.
